Creative Coaching Philosophy

Creativity means two things to me – passion and imagination.  It is the place where passion brings imagination to life to inspire and transport us to different places, different realities and different relationships with the world around us.  Creativity is a part of what it means to be human and engage with the world.

My working life has been spent with creative people; collaborating to discover and unlock their ideas and passions to create and communicate their vision to a broad audience. Working collaboratively I facilitate your creative process so you can tap into your attributes and skills, passion and imagination, and set goals, discover possibilities, uncover barriers, and create practices to stay on course to bring your creative projects into reality.  As a Creativity coach I do this by providing inspiration, great listening skills, supportive questioning, creative strategising, unbiased feedback, laughter, reality checks and encouragement.

I specialise in working with visual artists, particularly film, video and multimedia artist, and those involved in all aspects of management and administration within arts organisations. I call upon over 20 years of experience as an arts manager and screen arts consultant to do this
Be the artist you want to be and bring your ideas to life.

It’s never too late to be what you might have been.
